Ohayo Vault
Handle personal data at your school securely, with roles and permissions and a log of every change.
What is Ohayo Vault?
Ohayo Vault controls who can see and change which data in OhayoSchool and documents what happens to that data.
OhayoSchool stores your school's data encrypted on dedicated servers in Germany and transfers it only over encrypted connections.
Practice data carries only an ID, which at the database level cannot be traced back to the child.
OhayoSchool runs the language models for its AI functions itself and passes no data to external AI providers.
Ohayo Vault functions
Handle your school's data protection tasks where the data lives, with support from the data protection assistant.
Decide which role sees and changes which data, and assign each person the roles their work requires. A role applies across all OhayoSchool applications. If a person has several roles, their permissions add up.
Check who made each change to school data and when. OhayoSchool stores the entries by month.
See open requests for access and deletion and close each one individually. OhayoSchool carries out deletions by anonymizing the data.
Manage consents in OhayoSchool. Each person gives their consent there and withdraws it the same way.
Set how long your school keeps which data.
Record data breaches and document each stage of their handling.

Frequently asked questions
Who can see the log?
Only people whose role allows it can open the full log. Every person can see the entries for their own account.
How does a person find out what data is stored about them?
They submit a request for access in OhayoSchool, which your school then handles. They can also export their own data themselves.
Can the OhayoSchool team access our data?
Only when your school approves access for a request, and then for a limited time, read-only at first, and with every session in a log your school can see. Without approval, the team only accesses your data in a security incident and notifies your school immediately.
What does Ohayo Vault cost?
Ohayo Vault is included in both packages, Administration and Intelligence infrastructure. Accounts for teachers, office staff, and school leaders cost nothing extra. See pricing
Can I try OhayoSchool before I commit?
