Frequently asked questions

When does a student count as active?

A student counts as active as soon as your school activates their own access. You can also do this for whole classes, for example from a certain grade level up. This only applies to the Intelligence infrastructure package.

Can we start with administration and expand later?

Yes. When you move to the Intelligence infrastructure package, your data, accounts, and settings stay as they are; your school simply switches on the applications for teaching.

What conditions apply to school authorities with several schools?

We provide conditions for school authorities on request. All schools of one authority share the same dedicated contact. Solutions for school authorities

What happens to our data if we cancel?

On request, you receive a complete export of your data. The privacy statement sets out when the data is deleted afterward. Privacy statement

Can I try OhayoSchool before I commit?
