In the OhayoSchool intelligence infrastructure, school leaders, teachers, office staff, students, and parents work with the same school data.
Eight functional areas
The applications are organized into eight functional areas:
- Human capital management: timetables, substitutions, a calendar with room booking, supervision duties, and exams
- Business process management: school office with autopilot, email under your own school domain, forms and surveys, cafeteria, inventory, and digital signage
- Governance and compliance: class register, accident reports, emergencies, and GDPR access and erasure requests
- Lesson design: lesson planner plus Office with documents, presentations, and comments
- Digital teaching: digital classroom with whiteboard, video conferences with guests, assignments, and recordings with transcripts
- Learning analytics: weighted grades, report cards with prewritten comments, and the topics a class finds difficult
- Educational AI: the learning terminal, where a digital tutor leads students through the material from class
- Parent communication: messages, parent letters with read receipts, sick notes from parents, and bookings for parent-teacher days
One platform for every application
Integration
Ohayo Data Cloud brings the data from every application together in one database and also covers document management, import and export, and search across all applications. With the builder in Ohayo Skill Studio, you create your own workflows and rules without programming, and the autopilot carries them out.
Analytics
Ohayo Stimulation Tomography builds a learning profile of every student from many small tasks and from their answers in the learning terminal. Ohayo Radar analyzes substitutions, grades, and learning progress in its own overview, including across several school years.
Security
OhayoSchool stores each school's data on dedicated servers in Germany. With Ohayo Private AI, the language models run on OhayoSchool's own servers; no data goes to external AI providers. In Ohayo Vault, you set roles and permissions, and OhayoSchool logs every change. Teachers, students, and parents sign in once with their school account and use every application their role allows.
For school authorities
School authorities manage accounts and roles centrally and see the analyses in Ohayo Radar across all of their schools.

Artificial intelligence
In the Ohayo Terminal, you work in conversation with tools from the school office, teaching, and administration, and a briefing shows you what is coming up for your role. Every change waits for your confirmation. OhayoSchool only reads data that your permissions allow you to see.
At launch, each of the eight functional areas comes with its own assistants, such as the curriculum assistant, which OhayoSchool uses to suggest the next topic in the curriculum. With the report card assistant, OhayoSchool turns your observations into a draft for the report card.

Setup and support
Before you go live, we take over your data and set your school up in OhayoSchool. In the Ohayo Academy, we train your staff remotely or on site on three topics: “Engage every student”, “Targeted support with learning data”, and “Make time for teaching”. A dedicated contact knows your school and is available to you personally.
